In this yin -and restorative yoga combined class we hold poses for a longer period of time and spend most of our time in seated -or laying down poses supported with yoga props. Deep stretches at your own suitable edge can revitalize the tissue of the body and allow as to get deep into the connected tissue and fasha. This combined yoga offers a unique opportunity to cultivate gratitude for the physical body and forces us to slow down. The long hold times offer the chance to sit with our emotions and cultivate balance. It teaches self compassion, mental, emotional and spiritual. The practice helps us to tap in to the para sympathetic nerve system and can help us become more resilient to stress. Allow your self to find an appropriate edge, let go, surrender and breathe. Suitable for all levels and ages.
