Reiki Energy Healing
Everything is energy, let me give your spirit a nurturing massage. Using healing techniques to channel energy by means of touch to activate the natural healing processes of the body and restore physical and emotional well-being. The healing effects are mediated by channeling the universal energy known as qi, pronounced “chi.” In India, this is known as “prana.” It is the life force energy that surrounds all of us. The number of sessions will vary, depending on what you wish to accomplish. Some clients prefer to have one session while others have a series of sessions to work on a particular issue. Suitable for all ages and conditions. Available for individuals.
What happens in a Reiki session?
Reiki is held in a peaceful setting of the client’s preference and can be carried out anywhere. The client will sit in a comfortable chair or lie on a table, fully clothed. The reiki practitioner places their hands lightly on or over specific areas of the head, limbs, and torso using different hand shapes, staying at the specific area for between 2-10 minutes. The hands can be placed over 20 different areas of the body.
While the practitioner holds their hands lightly on or over the body, the transfer of energy takes place.
Some conditions that Reiki has been used to help treat include: anxiety, depression, chronic pain.

How does NLP work?
Neuro-linguistic programming is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy. There is a connection between neurological processes (neuro-), language (linguistic) and behavioral patterns learned through experience (programming), and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life. Learning NLP is like learning the language of your own mind.

What is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?
Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy that connects emotions, behaviors, and thoughts.CBT is appropriate for people of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. Evidence has mounted that CBT can benefit numerous conditions, such as major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and many others.
CBT is now considered among the most efficacious forms of talk therapy, especially when clients incorporate strategies into their daily life and is favored by many clients as it can require fewer therapy sessions than other modalities. Research also indicates that CBT can be delivered effectively online, in addition to face-to-face therapy sessions.
