Online Meditation and Mindfulness
Welcome to join me for a guided meditation and mindfulness practice on Zoom every Sunday at 9:00-10:00 am, Mexican Pacific Standard Time, Mazatlán.
The practice can help us connect to the body and breath, to connect with everything around us, to be here and now. Our practice is open for everyone and you don’t need to have experience or an active meditation practice to participate. Meditation can help us direct the activities of the mind and through the practice of we can learn a lot about our selfs and how to adjust accordingly to life. The physical, emotional and mental benefits are many and you are welcome to read more below or reach out if you have any questions.

What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness can be described as the practice of paying attention in the present moment, and doing it intentionally and with non-judgment. Mindfulness meditation practices refer to the deliberate acts of regulating attention through the observation of thoughts, emotions and body states. Typical mindfulness activities include:
Mindful non-judgmental awareness of breath, body, feelings, emotions and/or thoughts (in sitting meditation practice or throughout the day)
Mindful walking meditation
Mindful body scan in a sitting or lying down position
Listening with non-judgment
What can mindfulness do for you?
Reduced Stress: Improved ability to manage stress
Reduced stress and burnout as well as supporting individuals with PTSD (and reduced absenteeism from stress and burnout related conditions)
Improved focus and concentration
Increased Focus: Improved ability to pay attention, focus and concentrate
